1. Do I need to provide all my staff members with a Contract of Employment?

Yes. Employment legislation states that you must issue all permanent employees with a Contract of Employment or written Statement of Particulars within two months. It is a legal requirement to include details of your company's Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures either within the Contract of Employment or as a separate policy.
